14-Day Refund Policy

If you’re not happy with the materials for any reason, we offer a 14-day refund window from your date of purchase.

 

✅ Eligibility for a Refund:

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

1. Request must be made within 14 days of your purchase date.

2. You must provide a brief reason for your refund request so we can continue to improve the products.

 

❌ Refunds Will Not Be Granted If:

• Your request comes after the 14-day window.

 

📧 How to Request a Refund:

 

Send an email to elena@chatbotqueen.me with the subject line: "Refund Request " and include the following:

• Your full name

• The name of teh purchased product

• Date of purchase

• Reason for your request

• Email address that you used with your purchase

 

I will process your request within 3 business days and confirm whether your refund has been approved.

 

💳 Refund Method:

 

If approved, refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
