🔒 ManyChat for Business Course Agreement

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between you (“Student”) and Elena Chatbot Queen (“Provider”) upon enrollment in the ManyChat for Business Course (“Course”).

By completing your payment, you agree to the following terms:

1. Lifetime Course Access

After successful payment, you receive instant lifetime access to the Course, including all lessons, materials, templates, and all future updates at no additional cost.

There are no expirations, renewals, or recurring payments required.

2. Payment Terms

The Course is purchased with a one-time payment (based on the plan you select: Basic or Premium).

All payments are processed securely at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details are correct at the time of purchase.

3. No Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of participation level, progress, or results.

By enrolling, you fully acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All content provided in the Course — including videos, templates, scripts, systems, and training materials — is protected by copyright and remains the exclusive intellectual property of Elena Chatbot Queen.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to:

Use the materials for your own learning and implementation
Use the materials to deliver services to your own clients

You may not:

Share, resell, or distribute the materials to others
Upload Course content to any public or private platforms
Use the materials to create derivative courses, programs, or educational products

Any violation will result in immediate removal from the Course and may lead to legal action.

5. Support & Communication

Support depends on your selected plan:

Basic Plan: No private support
Premium Plan: 1:1 daily chat support via Telegram or email + 1 Zoom call on demand

6. Plan Management

If your plan includes support features, upgrades or changes can be requested at any time by:

7. Updates & Changes

The Provider reserves the right to improve or update Course content to maintain quality and relevance.

Any major changes will be communicated via email or private messages.

By completing your payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms in this Agreement.
