🔒 7-Day Intensive Agreement

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between you (“Student”) and Elena Chatbot Queen (“Provider”) upon enrollment in the 7-Day Intensive First $1000 Chatbot Client System (“Intensive”).

By completing your payment, you agree to the following terms:

1. Lifetime Course Access

After successful payment, you receive instant lifetime access to the Intensive, including all lessons, materials, templates, and all future updates at no additional cost.

There are no expirations, renewals, or recurring payments required.

2. Payment Terms

The Intensive is purchased with a one-time payment.

All payments are processed securely at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details are correct at the time of purchase.

3. No Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of participation level, progress, or results.

By enrolling, you fully acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All content provided in the Intensive — including videos, templates, scripts, systems, and training materials — is protected by copyright and remains the exclusive intellectual property of Elena Chatbot Queen.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to:

Use the materials for your own learning and implementation
Use the materials to deliver services to your own clients

You may not:

Share, resell, or distribute the materials to others
Upload Intensive content to any public or private platforms
Use the materials to create derivative courses, programs, or educational products

Any violation will result in immediate removal from the Intensive and may lead to legal action.

5. Support & Communication

You get 1 full month of 1:1 support directly with Elena via private chat or email.

Ask questions anytime and get help exactly when you need it.

Elena personally responds within 24 hours or less, with clear guidance, detailed feedback, and step‑by‑step support.

7. Updates & Changes

The Provider reserves the right to improve or update Intensive content to maintain quality and relevance.

By completing your payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms in this Agreement.
