Oooops, something went wrong!

Looks like your payment didn't go through or was declined by your bank.

But don’t worry.

Sometimes banks automatically block international transactions for security reasons. This doesn’t mean the payment is suspicious or unsafe, it’s simply an extra protection layer many banks apply by default.

Here’s what to do next:

  • Check your card settings and make sure online and international payments are enabled. Also confirm you haven’t reached your internet spending limit.

  • Look for a 3D Secure confirmation (SMS or banking app notification). If the code wasn’t approved in time, the payment is automatically declined.

  • Check if currency conversion is allowed. Some banks require you to enable double conversion (from your local currency to the payment currency). If it’s disabled, the payment may be rejected.
  • Contact your bank and ask them to allow the transaction. They can quickly confirm and unblock it.
