🔒 AI BOTMAKER Program Agreement

This agreement (“Agreement”) is made between the Student (“You”) and Elena Chatbot Queen (the “Provider”) upon enrollment in the AI BOTMAKER Program (the “Program”).

By joining the Program and submitting your payment, you agree to the following terms:

1. Program Access

You will receive access to all materials, tools, templates, and updates included in your chosen subscription plan (Basic, Pro, or Advanced) for as long as your payments are active.

If your payment stops (due to cancellation or failed charges beyond the 3-day grace period), your access to the Program will be automatically stopped.

2. Payment Terms

The Program operates on a weekly recurring payment model:
▪ BASIC Plan: $97/week
▪ PRO Plan: $157/week
▪ ADVANCED Plan: $257/week
Your payment will be automatically charged to your credit/debit card every 7 days.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your card has sufficient funds each week.

⛔ If your payment fails and is not successfully processed within 3 days, your membership will be cancelled and access to the Program will be closed.

3. No Refund Policy

All payments made to the Program are non-refundable, regardless of your level of participation, progress, or results.

By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept this strict no-refund policy.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All content, materials, templates, scripts, training videos, and systems provided in this Program are protected by copyright law and are the exclusive intellectual property of Elena.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to:

Use the materials for your own learning and implementation
Use the materials to support the delivery of services to your own clients

You may not:

Copy, resell, share, or distribute any materials to third parties for learning, teaching, or training purposes
Upload or share Program materials in public or private forums, group chats, programs, or with anyone not enrolled in the Program
Use the content to create derivative courses, offers, or educational products

Violation of these terms will result in immediate removal from the Program and may lead to legal action.

5. Support & Communication

Support access varies based on your plan:

BASIC Plan: No private support
PRO Plan: 1:1 daily chat support via Telegram or email
ADVANCED Plan: 1:1 daily chat support from Elena + 1 weekly Zoom call + detailed feedback on assignments and home tasks

6. Managing Your Plan

You may cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your plan at any time.

7. Amendments

The Provider reserves the right to update or modify this agreement, pricing, or Program content at any time.

Students will be notified in advance of any significant changes on email or in the private chat.

By joining the Program and submitting your payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms above.
